This Kembata Grade 1 is a wonderful example of a balanced and complex natural processed coffee.
This farm is in the Durame Village of Kembata, Ethiopia, the coffee is grown at 2101 meters above sea level. The farmers use a 36- 48 hour fermentation process in the wet mill and then use raised beds for drying the beans under the sun. The coffee cherries spend 15- 21 days drying which leads to the sweet strawberry notes.
