This Kembata Grade 1 is a wonderful example of a balanced and complex natural processed coffee.  The smooth sweet flavors of blueberry and strawberry are followed by a velvety milk chocolate finish.  We hope you enjoy this remarkable single origin while it lasts!

This farm is in the Durame Village of Kembata, Ethiopia, the coffee is grown at 2101 meters above sea level. The farmers use a 36- 48 hour fermentation process in the wet mill and then use raised beds for drying the beans under the sun. The coffee cherries spend 15- 21 days drying which leads to the sweet flavor notes of blueberry and strawberry.
