Brazil Mountain Water Process Decaf

Brazil Mountain Water Process Decaf comes from small family-owned farms in the Cerrado area of Mines Gerais. Small coffee producers pick and process their coffee at their own micro-wet mills and then dry their own coffee, typically on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the rain.

This Brazil Decaf goes through a water processing called Mountain Water Process which retains the flavor and oils of the beans while filtering out the molecules of caffeine using charcoal carbon filters. There are no chemicals or carcinogens. All of our decafs will always be either Swiss Water Processed or Mountain Water Processed.
