NEW Subscription Plan FAQ- Please read!

 Welcome to our NEW subscription plan!

  1. First, sign into your account if you have one. If not, you can sign up by clicking the "account" button on our main menu.
  2. After reading this page all the way through, choose the subscription box you'd like to sign up for on the drop down menu.
  3. Choose your coffees that you'd like in your first box and proceed to the checkout.
  4. After signing up, you will be able to view your subscription by clicking the "Manage Subscriptions" tab on our main menu and signing in with the email you used to sign up.

Please read these detailed updates and features for the new subscriptions:

  • Every subscription box includes free shipping.
  • You may notice all subscription coffees are set to $22. Please disregard this. It is just to ensure your ongoing subscription discount will remain consistent when you swap coffee choices.
  • We love to provide the opportunity to choose new coffees each month. To swap your coffee choices, go to the "Products in my subscription" and click "swap product" next to the coffee.
  • A new feature we offer is the ability to add on a product to your subscription box which can be for just the next order or ongoing. Just click "add products" button under your products listed in your subscription. When choosing an add on item, please DO NOT choose any coffees that have "(Subscription)" next to them, scroll through or search for the regular product, not the subscription ones. This is helpful if you go through a lot of coffee around the holidays and just need an extra bag on occasion. 
  • *This new subscription program works seamlessly when you choose different coffees for each selection.* For example, if you wish to swap your coffee options each month with a "4 blend subscription", ensure that each selection is a different coffee such as, "1 Clumsy Girl, 1 Jukebox, 1 Stickity Stick, 1 Peaks and Valleys". * However * if you already know that you love your continuous "4 Clumsy Girls" for the foreseeable future, you can select Clumsy Girl for all 4 options but just be aware that you will then always have to choose "4" of the same coffee. When you swap, it will have to be 4 Clumsy girl or 4 Jukebox or 4 jamberry, etc. If you ever want to change this, you would just have to cancel and sign up for a new subscription.

Guidelines for Subscribing:

  • As always, our subscription plan is designed to be a monthly, long term commitment. We do not permit repeated attempts to sign up and cancel to take advantage of the program.
  • Although we do our best to match your coffee choices, these may not always be available on your ship out date. If they are not available, we will substitute your coffee for another single origin if you're on a single origin plan or a blend if you're on a blend plan.
  • By signing up for a subscription plan, you are agreeing to abide by our guidelines and receive continuous monthly shipments.
