Roasting Room

The Diedrich IR-12. Our Roasting machine that roasts approximately 25lbs of coffee per batch.

Our Destoner. This machine is designed to pick up any foreign objects out of the batch to ensure only coffee continues to the packaging process.

The Catalytic Oxidizer Afterburner. This right here is very important to our roasting process. The Afterburner kicks on during the roasting process to eliminate smoke, odor, reduce total amount of emissions, and VOCs which occur with coffee roasting. Although we were not required to utilize an afterburner, this reflects the values we have as a business. We want to do what we can to roast great coffee while not polluting the air. It's just the right thing to do.
